2024 OKF Gala – Save The Date!<\/h2>\n

We are thrilled to announce next year’s Oxford Kids Foundation Gala:<\/p>\n

Join us for an unforgettable evening at The Oxford Center in Brighton, Michigan, on May 4th, 2024, for the Oxford Kids Foundation\u2019s Derby Gala! The event will feature a fun-filled evening with amazing food, an open bar with Derby Drinks, and a wonderful program highlighting the foundation\u2019s work throughout the year.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/span>The online silent auction opens on April 20th, two weeks prior to the gala, and will close before dinner begins at 7:00pm on May 4th. Hors d\u2019oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour from 5pm-7pm, and we will be showing the Kentucky Derby on multiple screens in the indoor park for all to view before dinner. The Kentucky Derby race is at 6:45pm EST.
<\/o:p><\/span>
Our 4-course dinner with dessert will be served by our wonderful group of volunteers and followed by our program presented by Andrew Kistner, our evening Emcee and OKF Board Member. All food is gluten-free and cooked in a celiac-safe kitchen by The Oxford Center\u2019s top-notch personal chef.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/o:p>If you are unable to attend the gala in person, you can still donate and participate in the silent auction! The Oxford Kids Foundation is 100% volunteer-run, and all proceeds\/funds raised go directly towards grants for providing therapy to children in need that is not covered by insurance in the state of Michigan. Sarah, a speech pathologist at The Oxford Center, is running the Detroit Free Press Half Marathon on October 15th, 2023 to raise money and awareness for the Oxford Kids Foundation and its grant recipients.<\/p>\n

The Oxford Kids Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides grants for therapies not covered by insurance in Michigan.<\/p>\n

2022 OKF Golf Classic & Auction Was a Success!<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

The 2022 Oxford Kids Foundation golf outing and online auction were a huge success! Thank you to all of those who came out to the golf outing this past Friday as well as those that won bids in the online auction! A special thank you to\u00a0Brivar Construction\u00a0and\u00a0Exotic Automation & Supply\u00a0for sponsoring and putting together the golf outing as well as\u00a0the many people\u00a0that helped\u00a0us put on the online auction. <\/span><\/p>\n

We were able to raise over $40,000 to help kids get the therapies they so deserve. OKF has approved over $65,000 in grants in this second quarter of 2022. The funds raised from the golf outing and auction will help us approve several applications for families who have been patiently waiting.
